January 30, 1973 is recognized as the day RE/MAX was born. And each year on that date, RE/MAX affiliates celebrate what’s known within the network as Founders Day.

Over the course of several decades, the Founders in question – Dave and Gail Liniger – grew their revolutionary concept into a global real estate powerhouse. They did it by raising the standard, prioritizing professionalism, embracing innovation, and attracting thousands and thousands of likeminded affiliates to the brand.
