RE/MAX doesn’t just entertain the idea of technological advancements – it goes all-in on providing industry-leading solutions to its affiliates.
Two years ago, this took shape in a partnership with Inside Real Estate – the developers of the kvCORE platform – which spurred MAX/Tech℠ powered by kvCORE, a powerful platform of CRM, websites, and more.
Now that platform is expanding in a very significant way. Announced August 20 during the 2024 RE/MAX Broker Owner Conference (BOC) in San Diego, MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE will be rebranded and enhanced as MAX/Tech powered by BoldTrail.
And it’s much more than a name change.
MAX/Tech powered by BoldTrail will boast one of the most modern and powerful technology offerings in the industry. It represents the first fully integrated, end-to-end user experience for brokerage leaders. The platform will enable them to track every step in the process – all in one place.
The new enhancements will begin rolling out later this year, and they encompass four cornerstone solutions:
• BoldTrail BackOffice: The next generation of BrokerMint, this is a unified solution for managing agent onboarding, transactions, compliance, commissions, and more.
• BoldTrail Recruit: The next generation of AmpStats, this solution features advanced tools for attracting and retaining top talent, and leveraging data and insights to enhance agent productivity.
• CoreHome: This is a groundbreaking mobile app designed to centralize homeownership relationships, maximizing client engagement and repeat business.
• Folio: This is an AI-powered tool that organizes emails and transactions, boosting agent productivity and enhancing client interactions.
The rollout includes RE/MAX affiliates in company-owned regions across the U.S. Expansions into independent regions and Canada are being planned as well.
RE/MAX Broker/Owners can log into RE/MAX University to get more information – including FAQs, solutions overviews, videos and more – regarding these upcoming major enhancements to the brand’s technology.
RE/MAX leaders shared details with a buzzing crowd during the Opening General Session of the BOC.
“This is the platform you’ve been looking for,” said Erik Carlson, CEO of RE/MAX Holdings, parent company of RE/MAX, Motto Mortgage and wemlo. “You can manage everything from contact to contract to close – all in one platform. No more having to go to multiple places with multiple logins.”
RE/MAX President Amy Lessinger understands what it takes to run a bustling brokerage. She’s a former RE/MAX Broker/Owner who helped grow a Nevada-based brokerage to more than 130 agents. She also understands the power of great technology.
“I was a broker, and I remember how frustrating it was to have my agents use some other kind of CRM that didn’t talk to the back-end [system]. It was so difficult. Now, when your agents use MAX/Tech powered by BoldTrail, it will all work seamlessly,” Lessinger shared.
“This is going to be a game-changer.”
