RE/MAX Agents, Leaders Earned National Honors in 2023

It’s safe to say 2023 was a busy year. On the national level, thousands of RE/MAX® affiliates and leaders earned recognition for their contributions and outstanding performance.  

Here’s a sampling of accolades that showcase the power and productivity of the global real estate brand:

RE/MAX affiliates lead the industry

• 2023 RealTrends 500: This annual survey revealed that RE/MAX agents at large brokerages, on average, outsell the competition 2-to-1, based on 2022 transaction sides. This industry-leading productivity was also confirmed by the 2023 T3 Sixty Mega 1,000 and the 2023 RISMedia Power Broker Report*.

• 2023 RealTrends + Tom Ferry “America’s Best Real Estate Professionals”: More than 4,000 RE/MAX affiliates earned spots on the prominent ranking of top real estate agents and teams throughout the U.S. Almost one of every seven qualifying agents was with RE/MAX**.

• 2023 RealTrends + Tom Ferry “The Thousand”: RE/MAX, once again, has more of the nation’s 1,000 most productive residential real estate agents than any other brand, according to the prominent industry report***.

• 2023 BrandSpark Most Trusted Awards: Consumers again chose RE/MAX as the brand with the #1 Most Trusted Real Estate Agents in the USA**** and Canada*****.

• 2023 Inman Innovator Award: Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX One in California closed more than $300 million in sales in 2022 as an individual agent. Cohen, the world’s No. 1 RE/MAX producer, was also named the 2023 “Top Agent” by Inman.

• 2023 LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance Top Producers: RE/MAX affiliates earned 49 spots on the annual ranking of productive real estate agents and teams who belong to the LGBTQ+ community and/or support LGBTQ+ homebuyers and sellers.

• 2023 NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents: For the ninth straight year, RE/MAX had more agents than any other brand on the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals’ (NAHREP) ranking of the country’s Top 250 Latino Agents.

• 2023 AREAA A-List: 12 RE/MAX agents earned spots on the Asian Real Estate Association of America’s (AREAA) annual ranking of agents and teams who serve Asian American communities.

• 2023 REALTOR® Magazine 30 Under 30: Two RE/MAX agents, Cheyanne McGriff and Delanee Clark, were named to the prestigious list compiled by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). McGriff is a member of the Soderquist Team with RE/MAX Results in Rapid City, South Dakota, and Clark is a member of the Frank Roberts Land & Luxury Team with RE/MAX Landmark in Terrell, Texas.

RE/MAX is a top franchisor

• 2023 Entrepreneur Franchise 500: RE/MAX earned its 39th straight spot on the ranking of premier franchisors.

• 2023 Franchise Times Top 400: For the fifteenth straight year, RE/MAX was the top real estate name on the industry’s largest ranking of U.S.-based franchisors.

• 2023 Entrepreneur Top Franchises for Less Than $100,000: RE/MAX ranked in the top 10 among real estate brokerage franchises that can be opened for less than $100,000. The list considers factors like costs, fees, size and growth, franchisee support, brand strength, and franchisor stability.

• 2023 Entrepreneur Top Global Franchises: For the 11th year in a row, RE/MAX was named a top global franchise. Accordingly, RE/MAX has a presence in more countries and territories than any other real estate brand.

• 2023 Entrepreneur Fastest-Growing Franchises Worldwide: RE/MAX ranked No. 7 – and was the top real estate brand – on the esteemed list of U.S.-based franchisors. It joined other household names such as McDonald’s, 7-11, and Dunkin’ at the top of the list.

RE/MAX leadership paves their own path

• 2023 HousingWire Vanguards: Nick Bailey, RE/MAX President and CEO, was honored for his leadership skills and positive impact on the industry.

• 2023 RISMedia Newsmakers: 10 RE/MAX leaders were named to this annual list, which highlights dynamic individuals who contribute to the industry.

• 2023 Swanepoel Power 200: Eight RE/MAX leaders earned spots on this ranking of influential industry figures.

• 2023 Inman Power Players: Nick Bailey, RE/MAX President and CEO, earned a spot on this coveted list, which honors the most influential executives in real estate.

RE/MAX marketing makes an impact

• 15th Annual Shorty Awards: The RE/MAX, LLC social media team won the Audience Honor and achieved Gold Honoree recognition in the 15th Shorty Awards.

• 2023 MarCom Awards: The RE/MAX, LLC communications, marketing, and advertising teams were honored with this prestigious award that recognizes creativity, hard work, and excellence in marketing and communication efforts.

• Ragan & PR Daily’s Communicators of the Year Awards: The RE/MAX, LLC communications team was recognized as being among the industry’s best.

2023 was a year of big wins for the high achieving RE/MAX network, as well as leaders and teams within RE/MAX, LLC. Here’s to an exciting – and productive – year ahead.
