For the third year in a row, the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance has released its “Top Producers” list, which continues to be the real estate industry’s only ranking of the productivity of LGBTQ+ and ally real estate professionals. This year, the prominent list – created in partnership with RealTrends – ranked agents and teams throughout the U.S.

RE/MAX affiliates earned 49 spots across the ranking’s four categories: individual transaction sides, individual sales volume, team transaction sides, and team sales volume. The 2023 results for RE/MAX are 63% higher than a year ago, when RE/MAX affiliates held 30 spots in the 2022 rankings.

Standouts this year include Amy Ruzick, an agent with RE/MAX Results in Minneapolis, who ranked No. 3 in the individual transaction sides category and Mark Zipperer, an agent with RE/MAX Next in Chicago, who ranked No. 9 in the same category. Plus, the Collaborative HOME SALES Group, led by Chris Schlenkerman of RE/MAX Crossroads Properties in Rocky River, Ohio, ranked No. 15 in the team transaction sides category.

RE/MAX is a proud sponsor of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, which advocates for fair housing practices across the real estate industry, empowers LGBTQ+ homebuyers and sellers, and enhances the professional lives of LGBTQ+ and ally real estate professionals.

Congratulations to all of the RE/MAX affiliates who earned spots on the 2023 LGBTQ+ Real Estate Top Producers List! See rankings below.
