RE/MAX agents impact the real estate industry at all stages in their careers.
Recently, two RE/MAX agents were named to the prestigious REALTOR® Magazine 30 Under 30 list compiled by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
“The character of the 2023 class of 30 Under 30 can be summed up in two words: bold entrepreneurs,” according to NAR.

Cheyenne McGriff
McGriff, 28, has been in the business for five years, specializing in residential real estate. She is a member of the Soderquist Team with RE/MAX Results in Rapid City, South Dakota. McGriff says working alongside family – and helping others achieve their goals – keeps her motivated to grow her business:
Q: Why are you passionate about real estate?
A: It’s hard for me to summarize all of the reasons I’m passionate about real estate. Primarily, I love the opportunities real estate can provide, from a first-time homebuyer building wealth with their first purchase to investors building generational wealth. For me, real estate is a family business. I have the amazing opportunity to work on the Soderquist Team, which consists of my grandmother, grandfather and myself. My grandmother has been in the business since the 1970s. She was one of the first four females in real estate in Rapid City, and she was the first female in the RE/MAX of Rapid City office. I can’t imagine a better mentor, supporter, and [source of] inspiration. Finally, I’m passionate about real estate because I feel like I’m truly making a difference every day – by helping my clients through such a major transaction.
Q: What does being named a NAR 30 Under 30 honoree mean to you?
A: When I started my real estate career, I would read the bios of the honorees on the NAR 30 Under 30 list and think to myself, ‘There’s no way I would ever make it – I’m just a girl from a town of 800 people. I don’t lead a huge team, own my own brokerage, or have tens of thousands of followers on social media.’ When I heard I was chosen as an honoree, I was speechless. This was one of my biggest goals and I’m honored and humbled to have made the list. I’m so grateful to be on a team with family who helps and encourages me every single day, and who have made this career possible for me. I work in a fantastic office with so many great REALTORS® who inspire me to work hard and be the best and most professional agent possible. I have the opportunity to learn so much just by being part of the RE/MAX brand! Most importantly, I have an amazing family, especially my husband, who supports me even when the nights get late, the weekend work gets long, and things get hard.

Delanee Clark
Clark, 27, has been in the business for four years, specializing in commercial properties. She is a member of the Frank Roberts Land & Luxury Team with RE/MAX Landmark in Terrell, Texas. Having grown up on a ranch and earned a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, buying and selling land and ranches was a natural career path for Clark. She shares how real estate is the perfect way to combine all of her interests:
Q: Why are you passionate about real estate?
A: Real estate allows me to combine everything I’m passionate about, including meeting new people, marketing, negotiating, being immersed in the agricultural industry, making people smile, and helping clients advance in their lives. I strive to provide exceptional service to my clients and make a positive impact on our community. Real estate is a dynamic and ever-changing industry that offers limitless opportunities for growth and development. It’s about more than just buying and selling properties – it’s about helping people achieve their dreams of finding their ideal property. I’m very competitive, I love to learn, and I stay on top of new technologies, trends, and best practices. In summary, my passion for real estate comes from the ability to help people achieve their dreams, the diverse range of skills and knowledge it requires, and the ever-evolving nature of the industry. I look forward to continuing to grow and thrive in this field for years to come.
Q: What does being named a NAR 30 Under 30 honoree mean to you?
A: I’m ecstatic about making the list! It seems surreal to be honored with this very small group of incredibly talented young agents. I’m so thankful for every one of my clients who trust me and refer me, as well as family, friends, and my fiancé for referring me to others and being patient with my 24/7 work mindset. I’m also thankful for my brokerage, team, mentors, and of course RE/MAX for providing me the tools to be successful.
Congratulations to the two RE/MAX affiliates named to the 2023 REALTOR® Magazine 30 Under 30 list!
