It’s on! The annual RE/MAX R4 convention, for the first time ever, is being held both in-person and virtually in 2021. A hybrid experience, “R4 Your Way” is designed to enable every RE/MAX affiliate to attend – safely and in the manner of their choosing.
Hosted in Orlando, Florida, March 23-25, 2021, at the Orlando World Center Marriott, this year’s in-person event features R4 mainstays – Welcome Reception, Opening General Session, Fun Night and more – as well as new features, like the Good Morning RE/MAX Fun Run. Whenever possible, events will be held outside. Read more about event safety precautions and hotel protocol.
The 2021 R4 offers a virtual option, too. The comprehensive, fully interactive event includes live streams of R4 highlights – including Opening General Session, Good Morning RE/MAX and the Fun Night concert – and also its own education sessions. And just like attending in person, affiliates can pop in and out of presentations, ask questions in real time and even network in breakout rooms.
“It’s really about your way – however you’re comfortable and would like to experience R4,” says Nick Bailey, RE/MAX Chief Customer Officer. “The 2021 R4 is going to be one you don’t want to miss.”
Personal finance expert Dave Ramsey will kick off R4 during the Opening General Session. A favorite keynote speaker at the 2017 RE/MAX R4 – “Budgeting is looking out the windshield, and a P&L is using your rearview mirror. You need to do both if you’re going to drive well. If you don’t project out the front window, you’re going to fail,” he told the audience in 2017 – the best-selling author will share his sought-after advice for building business and growing wealth.

Also making speaking appearances are RE/MAX Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder Dave Liniger, RE/MAX CEO Adam Contos and RE/MAX CCO Nick Bailey.
The R4 experience – live or virtual – extends to RE/MAX affiliates in more than 110 countries and territories around the world. Presentations will be translated, both audibly and visually, into 17 languages, including Arabic, Bengali, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Tamil and Vietnamese.
All R4 attendees – both virtual and in-person – will receive access to the R4 Virtual content for 90 days post R4.
