The event takes place March 23-25, 2021, at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Florida, and attendees can choose how to experience it all – virtually or in person.
The emphasis of the in-person R4 will be on ensuring everyone enjoys a safe, productive event. For those planning to travel to Orlando for R4, here are some more details on what to expect from the live experience:

Safety guidelines are constantly changing, so RE/MAX HQ will be monitoring and adjusting as needed.
Currently, R4 is limited to 2,000 in-person attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. This number will ensure social distancing guidelines are followed.
All attendees must sign up in advance for classes and sessions. This will help ensure all attendees can be safely accommodated in the meeting rooms.
Each day, all in-person attendees will visit a medical screening room and temperature check prior to entry into the convention area. This screening will not include a COVID-19 test but will consist of a health-screening questionnaire.
In the MarketPlace, all Approved Suppliers booths will be spaced according to current guidelines.
The Welcome Reception and Fun Night will be held outside (weather permitting) and are included in the base registration.
Other highlights include the RE/MAX Golf Tournament benefiting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals at Hawk’s Landing Golf Course, and RE/MAX Chief Customer Officer Nick Bailey hosting a Good Morning RE/MAX Fun Run/Walk.
Due to the current guidelines, events that will not take place include the Global Referral Exchange, RE/MAX Awards photobooth and Special Awards Luncheon. However, there will be plenty of other opportunities to network and celebrate with fellow attendees.
Bonus! Those who attend in-person can also access the online platform during the live event as well as 90 days post-event.
