RE/MAX President’s Show Wins 2021 Inman Innovator Award

Throughout 2020, the RE/MAX network and real estate professionals from around the world tuned in each week to watch “Good Morning RE/MAX.” This year, “Good Morning RE/MAX” (GMR) earned a 2021 Inman Innovator Award at Inman Connect Las Vegas, held October 26-28.

The weekly show, which aired live on Facebook and was hosted by RE/MAX President Nick Bailey, debuted on stage in February 2020 as a one-time session at the annual RE/MAX R4 convention. In April 2020, as the world faced new challenges, the show was reprised to deliver valuable perspectives for navigating the changing real estate markets. Guests included then-U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Dr. Ben Carson, entertainer and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals co-founder Marie Osmond, National Association of Realtors (NAR) CEO Bob Goldberg, financial expert Dave Ramsey and more.

Each week, viewers saw Bailey share his insights, interview guests and have a little fun in the process. The show featured co-host Pam Harris, RE/MAX Senior Vice President of Experience & Strategic Partnerships, and was produced in-house by the RE/MAX Production crew.

One of more than 500 nominations to the 2021 Inman Innovator Awards, GMR earned top honors in the Marketing category, which also saw nominations of realtor.com’s “To Each Their Home” campaign and Million Dollar Listing New York’s Ryan Serhant’s brokerage’s “Listed by SERHANT.”

The awards, first introduced in 1998, “have honored companies, individuals and new technology that increases productivity, efficiency and transparency for consumers and real estate professionals alike,” Inman said.

The finale of GMR aired in March 2021. Bailey now hosts “Keepin’ It Real with Nick Bailey,” each month on YouTube, with simulcasts to LinkedIn and Facebook. He and a panel of guests debate current topics in real estate and interact in real time with the show’s viewers.
