Six RE/MAX leaders were named to the annual Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200), a widely respected ranking of the most influential people in residential real estate.
RE/MAX President and CEO Nick Bailey holds the No. 10 spot.
“It’s an honor to be named among real estate trailblazers who are making a big impact on the industry,” Bailey said. “It’s especially rewarding to see other RE/MAX leaders in the rankings.”
The SP 200 included five other RE/MAX leaders in addition to Bailey. Three of which – James O’Bryon, Chad Ochsner and Brenda Tushaus – head up the network’s largest multi-office, multi-state brokerage groups. They were joined by RE/MAX, LLC’s Christopher Alexander, President of RE/MAX Canada, and Amy Lessinger, Senior Vice President of Region Development.
Two more RE/MAX leaders – Tiffany Johannes of RE/MAX Executive in North Carolina and James Sanders of RE/MAX Estate Properties in California – were honored on the “Watchlist” of rising stars.
The SP 200 is released each January by T3 Sixty, a residential real estate management consulting firm that provides impactful industry research and data.
