Selling the most expensive home in a city is quite the impressive feat. What’s more impressive? Setting that record three separate times.

Jamie Wong, Managing Partner of RE/MAX Fine Properties located throughout Arizona, powerfully marketed and closed the city of Peoria’s highest priced residential property to date for over $5.275 million dollars.

With nearly 14,000 square feet, the record-breaking luxury estate is also the largest home ever sold in Peoria.

The residence, located in the Casa De Sunrise neighborhood, features five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a grand chef’s kitchen, movie theater, and luxurious primary suite. The homesite is over two acres and boasts a spacious guest house, as well as meticulously manicured grounds, a resort-style pool with slide, multiple covered ramadas, golf putting greens, sports courts, and palm trees dotted throughout.

“It’s been an honor to represent the seller, John Gaston, of such a magical property,” says Wong, who sells more than $100 million in real estate annually. “This home is unsurpassed quality, truly one of a kind, and offers the finest features of luxury living in Arizona.”

Breaking this record of highest-priced home isn’t new for Wong.

In April of 2023, she sold what at the time was the most expensive home in Peoria, which was located in the same neighborhood. She held the record for highest priced home sale before that, too, from a luxury transaction in 2020.

RE/MAX Fine Properties, which supports veterans, as well as Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and the American Humane Society, has a longstanding track record of success in Arizona’s world class luxury sector, representing some of the state’s finest dwellings.

“RE/MAX Fine Properties is prominent in our local luxury market – and we’re equipped to handle every listing with expertise and unparalleled service,” Wong says. “We’re grateful for the homebuyers and sellers who allow us to play a key role in their important, life-changing transactions.”
