Q: How did you get into real estate?

A: I’ve been in real estate since 2006. I started as an agent and became a broker in 2008. I got into real estate because I have always enjoyed working with people and helping them realize their dream of home ownership. This has become a dream job for me.

Q: What originally attracted you to the RE/MAX brand?

A: After several years in the industry, running my unaffiliated brokerage and having worked for three other major franchises, I found the leadership, structure, and systems with RE/MAX to be top-notch. From day one, it was clear to me that there was a playbook, Momentum, that could guide me step-by-step in how to build a productive brokerage and it could, in turn, educate agents on how to build a business. That was something that I had never seen before.

Q: What do you think contributed to your company’s growth? Why?

A: As a longtime broker and mentor, I became engrossed in the RE/MAX story. I took advantage of all learning opportunities, connected with other RE/MAX offices throughout Texas and the U.S., and saw the benefits of the systems which RE/MAX offers growth-minded agents. It is a pathway to success! I love that RE/MAX is an established company (of 50 years!), veteran-owned, and the most recognizable brand in real estate.

Q: What are some of your professional goals and how is RE/MAX helping you achieve them?

A: One of my professional goals was to create a thriving culture and grow a team of agents whose main priority is providing five-star service to clients. In addition, we as Elite agents pride ourselves in doing the right things right on every transaction. RE/MAX supports those goals by providing a foundation built on long-term success.

Q: What tools and resources provided by RE/MAX do you and your agents find to be the most valuable?

A: Systems, tools, and technology allow our agents to work smarter, not harder, which are all connected through our association with RE/MAX. Specifically, the addition of MAX/TechSM powered by kvCORE is a game changer.

Q: What do you think today’s agent finds the most valuable when considering which brokerage to join and how do you ensure your office offers that value? 

A: When I meet with prospective agents, I speak to the value of joining RE/MAX. Through their association with our global brand and connection with some of the most productive agents in the business, an agent will have access to a network and resources that will help them reach their real estate goals.

Best of all, we are a local brokerage with global reach. Our agents are seen by clients and fellow agents in the industry as professional and knowledgeable. This all stems from continuous education, engaged leadership by the Broker/Owners, and the tools and technology offered by our brokerage and RE/MAX. Success in real estate requires a highly skilled agent, so we support and mentor them within the markets we serve.
