Exclusive to RE/MAX, the new Complete Agent Development Program takes a fresh approach to agent education, prompting participants to shift their mindset into “business-owner” mode.

A natural evolution of the exclusive Momentum series developed several years ago, Complete Agent Development guides agents through the creation of an actionable Agent Business Plan to drive long-term growth and profitability.

Both agent and Broker versions of the program are available. Brokers will have access to the content agents see, plus additional materials to help engage agents and facilitate trainings in their brokerage.

The goal is to help agents take their business to the next level, regardless of their real estate experience.

The new program was unveiled at the 2023 Broker Owner Conference in Chicago and is available in the United States and Canada with on-demand access through RE/MAX University.

It includes two free foundational boot camps and five additional boot camps covering specific topics – including referrals, open houses, buyer conversions, MAX/Tech application and strategy, and more – for a small fee.

The program is designed to reach those who are unable to attend live trainings and can be completed on the agent’s timeframe.
