Josh Bolgren

Josh Bolgren drives strategic innovation across the REMAX network – leading key initiatives that benefit brokerages, agents, teams, consumers and other stakeholders. He is in constant contact with potential new strategic partners and oversees the Company’s open innovation programs with leading technology companies. He is also involved in a wide range of events and projects that enhance the way affiliates and consumers experience the REMAX brand.

Josh joined REMAX World Headquarters in 2003 as a Financial Analyst. In 2006, he moved into regional leadership roles, initially as a Franchise Development Consultant in the REMAX Central & Northern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania Region. After two years, he became a Senior Franchise Development Consultant in the REMAX Central & Northern Ohio and REMAX St. Louis Regions, and in 2010 was named Assistant Regional Director for those two operations. In 2011, Josh was promoted to Region Vice President for the REMAX Pennsylvania & Delaware Region. And in 2012, he took leadership of the REMAX St. Louis and REMAX Central & Northern Ohio Regions as well. He shifted his focus in February 2015, when he became Region Vice President of REMAX Mountain States. In January 2016, he was promoted to Region Executive Vice President, Region Development. Josh’s responsibilities expanded again in February 2019 when he was promoted to Senior Vice President, Region Development. In 2022, Josh was named Senior Vice President, Franchise Operations. He joined the Strategy team in 2025, a year of constant innovation and reinvention for the Company.
