Chris Lim
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Chris Lim oversees all aspects of the REMAX global network to drive worldwide growth, elevate network support services and help shape the long-term vision for the brand. He provides vision and direction to the Global Sales and Service, Global Customer Support, Global Operations, Global Education, Global and Commercial, and REMAX Canada teams.
REMAX CAREER:
Chris joined REMAX in 2025, bringing with him more than two decades of experience in real estate. Throughout his career and across multiple companies, he has been instrumental in driving brand visibility, global growth, network expansion and agent support, building strong relationships with franchisees and affiliates along the way. Before joining REMAX, Chris served as President of Christie's International Real Estate. He has also held leadership roles as President and Head of Growth of @properties, Brand President at Realogy Holdings, and Founder and CEO of Climb Real Estate, a Northern California independent brokerage that was acquired by NRT in 2016. His contributions to the real estate industry have earned him recognition on the Swanepoel Power 200 list, as a RISMedia Newsmaker, and as an Innovative Leader by Inman. In 2026, he was named President and Chief Growth Officer.
Roots:
Chris' passion for real estate, architecture and design runs deep – it's in his DNA. As a second-generation real estate agent, Chris was raised in the industry. His father was a builder, his mother was an agent, and his sister is an interior designer and home stager. A graduate of the University of Richmond and Texas Christian University, Chris also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Horizons Foundation and the San Francisco Art Institute. Half Korean and half Polish, Chris has dedicated his life to supporting the American dream – sustainable homeownership and entrepreneurship – for real estate agents and consumers alike.
