A great example is Niket Kalra, an affiliate in Australia.

Kalra started his career with a RE/MAX office near Brisbane, Queensland, before departing the brand for a local competitor. Now, he’s returned to RE/MAX – this time to open a brokerage of his own, dubbed RE/MAX Signature.
