RE/MAX professionals shine in annual surveys about real estate productivity. The latest example: Nearly 2,500 RE/MAX pros were recognized in the 2024 “RealTrends Verified” agent and team rankings based on home sales in 2023.

The rankings, formerly known as “America’s Best,” identify top U.S.-based participating real estate agents and teams. Of the nearly 22,000 professionals who qualified for the ranking, almost one of every eight is a RE/MAX affiliate.

To qualify for the RealTrends Verified rankings, participating agents and teams met production thresholds for either transaction sides or sales volume that far surpass national production norms. Individual real estate agents qualified for the rankings by closing at least $16 million in sales volume or 40 transaction sides in 2023, and teams qualified by closing at least $24 million in sales volume or 60 transaction sides in 2023.

The highest performers within the rankings were also recognized in the RealTrends + Tom FerryĀ “The Thousand”Ā list, a compilation of the top 1,000 agents and teams with the most transaction sides and highest sales volume.

“RE/MAX agents continue to succeed in part because of the high standards and values they set for themselves. They are committed to providing their clients with unparalleled service and expertise, and this recognition underscores that dedication to professional excellence,” says Amy Lessinger, President of RE/MAX.

“RE/MAX agents understand their local markets and have the skills to offer personalized solutions and strategic advice to their clients,” she continues. “As these reports illustrate, RE/MAX affiliates are a great choice for buyers and sellers who value experience, productivity and results.”
