The RE/MAX network comprises productive professionals who make significant impacts on the ever-evolving world of real estate. It’s also a network of prominent leaders who help others grow along their own paths to success.
RE/MAX agents Quintavius Burdette and Brandon Coppel, two of these impressive individuals, were recently named “Future Leaders in Real Estate” in 2024 by Inman, an independent real estate news outlet. The award recognizes the next generation of real estate visionaries who demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and are making significant contributions to the industry.

Quintavius Burdette
Burdette (who goes by “Q”) is an agent with RE/MAX Experts in Germantown, Tennessee. The former University of Mississippi football player jumped into real estate just over five years ago, and in that time has closed more than 900 transactions. He’s a two-time RE/MAX Pinnacle Club award winner – the youngest in the brand’s history to achieve this double accomplishment – and has become a popular speaker who helps growth-minded professionals adopt his tried-and-true methods of business.
Burdette has spoken on industry panels, and even took to the stage during the 2024 RE/MAX R4 convention, delivering advice and wit to an audience of nearly 5,000 people. A celebrity beyond the RE/MAX network, Burdette is currently a cast member on season 46 of the reality TV show Survivor.
“I lead from the front. What makes me stand out as a leader is that I don’t just preach about taking action – I show people what taking action looks like,” Burdette shares. “Instead of telling people how it’s done, I like to show them how it’s done.”
He continues, “The example I set for others is that I live the motto: ‘Don’t just talk about, be about it.’ That means being fully committed to everything I do, willing to share what I know with others, and always being ready to compete.”
Coppel. an agent with RE/MAX One in Westlake Village, California, earned his real estate license just three years ago and focuses solely on residential real estate. In a short timeframe, he has built a presence in the buzzing Southern California luxury housing market and represents multi-million-dollar homes in coveted neighborhoods like Thousand Oaks, Brentwood, and others in the greater Los Angeles area.
“When it comes to leadership, I truly believe that my work ethic – and the actions I am committed to making each and every day – is what separates me from others in the industry,” Coppel says.
He’s a big user of strategic digital marketing.
“I love posting on my social media what I’m doing with my business. Whether it’s door knocking, hosting an open house, showing homes, or even a quick video on my latest marketing mailer that’s going to my farm area, I want everyone following along to know that I am hustling every day, making progress toward my goals,” Coppel explains. “That’s the example that I set. I like my clients and colleagues to know how hard I work – and my results are a testament to that.”
Congratulations to Burdette and Coppel, who represent the entrepreneurial spirit of the global RE/MAX network.
