Productivity of RE/MAX Agents, Teams on Display in Annual ‘The Thousand’ Rankings

RE/MAX affiliates continue to lead the real estate industry – and the brand’s latest showing in the 2024 RealTrends + Tom Ferry “The Thousand” ranking confirms it.

A post-publication recount by RealTrends revealed that RE/MAX once again placed the most qualifying agents and teams on the list in 2024, surpassing Keller Williams. Accordingly, RE/MAX has had the most qualifiers in The Thousand for nine of the past 11 years – and the last five years have been a consecutive streak.

The Thousand ranks the top 1,000 industry professionals – among those participating in the related RealTrends Verified survey – by transaction sides and sales volume. In this year’s The Thousand, 135 RE/MAX agents and teams earned rankings, the highest number among any real estate brand.

Individual real estate agents qualified for The Thousand by closing at least $16 million in sales volume or 40 transaction sides in 2023, and teams qualified by closing at least $24 million in sales volume or 60 transaction sides in 2023.
