Following a challenging year for so many, RE/MAX is reminding homebuyers and sellers that the brand’s real estate agents are here to make life – and, specifically, real estate – easier for everyone.

The brand’s 2021 Advertising Campaign – which includes TV, digital, radio, social media and print components – communicates to consumers that although real estate can often be overwhelming, a RE/MAX agent can help navigate the process. Featuring the tagline “The Right Agent Every Step of the Way,” the cheerful spots focus on all the behind-the-scenes help an agent provides. By helping buyers and sellers navigate everything from photography to inspections to prepping a home for sale, RE/MAX agents are there to guide them through the process. The 12 spots also include an ad specific to The RE/MAX Collection, the luxury brand of RE/MAX.

For the sixth straight year, RE/MAX collaborated on the advertising campaign with award-winning ad agency Camp + King. Together, they unearthed the roller coaster of emotions felt recently, from both the consumer’s and real estate agent’s perspectives.

“Our research found that clients are likely to rely on agents and their guidance in the future and that they placed an increased importance on an agent’s ability to leverage technology to show a home and aid in decision making,” says Emily Dillow, Director of Brand Management and Junior Partner at Camp + King. “These spots showcase just how prepared RE/MAX agents are to do those things.”

The ads point to the skills and abilities of RE/MAX agents, including their knowledge of market conditions, expertise at negotiating a contract and available technology – like remax.com and the RE/MAX real estate search app – to smooth the process for clients. The new campaign shows the network’s agents – who average more sales than other real estate agents and help hundreds of thousands of families buy or sell a home each year – to be engaged, knowledgeable partners ready to help navigate any real estate situation.

To further punctuate this, for the first time ever, RE/MAX agents can showcase their value and expertise by using the new Hustle Video Editor Tool to create personalized, professional-quality videos featuring their own imagery or visuals. This additional feature empowers RE/MAX affiliates to harness the muscle of the 2021 Advertising Campaign to connect with potential clients while using their unique content for more creative control and options than ever before.

In a matter of minutes, a RE/MAX agent is able to add photography, music, copy and their contact information to a video that can then be downloaded and shared widely. It’s one of many methods employable to drive attention to a client’s listing or generate interest in a neighborhood, and yet another tool available to RE/MAX agents to elevate the consumer experience in a real estate transaction.

“The customizable features of the RE/MAX spots and newly launched Hustle Video Editor Tool give agents the flexibility to go beyond the brand strengths and hone in on why they are best suited to be their client’s partner and guide on this journey,” Lee says.

The Hustle Video Editor Tool builds on the existing tools available to RE/MAX agents through remaxhustle.com, where agents can create Custom Listing Videos, Customized Commercials, Tools of a RE/MAX Agent videos, Hustlegraphics and digital Welcome Mats, as well as a Community Support Video that was introduced during the COVID-19 pandemic. All tools are customizable or able to be personalized.
