RE/MAX Integrity Broker/Owner Jean Grota is thrilled to announce the addition of Elizabeth Ruehrwein to the brokerage’s roster of real estate professionals. With an impressive track record of success in both real estate and new home construction, and a reputation for excellence, Ruehrwein joined RE/MAX Integrity on October 16 from Lamacchia Realty, previously Keystone Property Group.
After 15 years with the Frito Lay organization, mastering sales, negotiations and marketing skills, Ruehrwein transitioned into working in the new home construction and remodeling industry. With 28 years of experience with new builds, she expanded her repertoire and earned her real estate license in 2017, quickly finding success. She has been ranked the No. 1 producing real estate agent in the Rehoboth area for four of the past six years. Ruehrwein closed more than $22 million in volume in Massachusetts in 2022. Year-to-date in 2023, Ruehrwein has closed nearly $12.5 million in Massachusetts and $2 million in Rhode Island.
Ruehrwein credits her personal experiences for her professional success. “My mom was a single parent who taught by example what a strong work ethic is, but we always rented. It wasn’t until I started at Frito Lay that homeownership became an option for us. I moved mountains to get my mom and me into a home – that desire to help make homeownership a reality is what continues to drive me for my clients today.”
Ruehrwein says her move to RE/MAX was initiated when Keystone converted to Lamacchia – and Grota played a large role in helping her find a new brokerage to call home. “Jean and I had previously worked together, and I formed an immediate appreciation for her. When the time came to change brands, I knew RE/MAX would be a great fit. What I love most about RE/MAX so far is the recognizable brand, international connections and amazing support from Jean.”
Of Ruehrwein’s move, Grota says, “I’m only as good as the agents I surround myself with. Elizabeth is a hard worker who focuses on customer care and communication, and above all else, is kind. She can only help make this brokerage better and we’re ecstatic to have her.”
Ruehrwein currently serves homebuyers and sellers throughout Rehoboth and surrounding Massachusetts towns, as well as East Providence and the Narraganset area of Rhode Island. She specializes in residential home sales, new construction, waterfront and beach properties, as well as equestrian farms. As a real estate investor herself, Ruehrwein also works with property investors.
Ruehrwein lives in Rehoboth with her husband, a member of the reserves, and two daughters, on their hobby farm with their goat Tommy, multiple horses, chickens and ducks.
