In the past year, RE/MAX affiliates have accomplished a lot. They’ve sold an impressive amount of homes. They’ve exceeded goals. They’ve been named the most trusted agents. They’ve raised the bar in real estate. And they’ve continued to change lives – many of which through the brand’s ongoing partnership with Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals.
During the 2025 RE/MAX R4, it was announced that RE/MAX affiliates have donated more than $218 million to CMN Hospitals since 1992. Their impactful efforts throughout 2024 elevated this total by millions.
The partnership acts on a shared passion between RE/MAX and CMN Hospitals to serve communities and save lives. Each year, over 12 million children are treated by a member children’s hospital across the two countries – and RE/MAX affiliates provide support by raising awareness for the importance of kids’ healthcare and donating money to the cause.
Plenty of those who partake in the RE/MAX Miracle Home and Miracle Property Program came together on Wednesday afternoon of R4 for the annual CMN Hospitals Ice Cream Social and Auction – a beloved way to connect with the amazing charitable community that comprises so many RE/MAX affiliates. It’s also a way to honor the annual top donors who go above and beyond to give back.

“This gathering is one of the highlights of the conference because we get to celebrate each other and celebrate how RE/MAX is always giving back to the community,” said Colleen Collier, an agent with RE/MAX Plus in Buffalo, New York, who has made CMN Hospitals a mainstay of her real estate business for over a decade.
Collier was joined by Sia Dimaggio, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Real Estate Professionals in Brooklyn, New York, who is a proud supporter of the charitable program, too.
“I send Honor Cards out to my clients after we close a transaction, and I always get calls from people thanking me for making the donation to our local CMN Hospital on their behalf,” Dimaggio says.
What’s great: When RE/MAX affiliates make a donation to CMN Hospitals, the money supports the local children’s hospital.
“It’s so important to support nonprofits and keep the money local. CMN Hospitals is such an important cause because everyone knows someone whose child has been treated there,” said Carli Amlin, a team leader with RE/MAX Alliance – Team Amlin Advantage in Dayton, Ohio.
The excitement for supporting CMN Hospitals doesn’t stop when R4 ends. All year – and especially during the RE/MAX Month of Miracles each August and Global RE/MAX Week each October – affiliates find new, creative ways to give back.
After all, being a RE/MAX affiliate and having a deep care for the wellbeing of the community go hand in hand.
