RE/MAX Holdings has announced RE/MAX, LLC entered into an agreement to purchase the North America regions of RE/MAX INTEGRA, which include the RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada Region (Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island); the RE/MAX New England Region (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont); and the RE/MAX Midwest Region (Indiana, Minnesota, Wisconsin). The sale is expected to close in the coming weeks.
After the sale closes, the regions will become Company-Owned Regions (COR) under RE/MAX, LLC.
