RE/MAX Terrasol Broker/Owner Leo Betancourt has acquired Tiffany Real Estate in Cypress and RE/MAX Real Estate One in Tustin. Betancourt took over the operations of RE/MAX Tiffany Real Estate in October and will continue to run the longstanding real estate brokerage under the banner of RE/MAX Tiffany Real Estate. In August, Betancourt assumed ownership rights of RE/MAX Real Estate One and has rebranded the office to RE/MAX Terrasol. With the acquisition of these two offices, Betancourt now has 128 agents in six office locations throughout Orange County, California.

According to the most recent RE/MAX National Housing Report, the Orange County market has experienced a major shift in number of closed transactions (down 38.7% from October 2021) and number of new listings (down 26.1% from October 2021).

Betancourt opened the brokerage in 2010, just coming out of the recession, and has grown the operation from 4 agents and 1 location to 128 agents in 6 locations including: Huntington Beach (headquarters), Dana Point, Orange, Tustin, Cypress and Apple Valley. In 2016, Betancourt was named Outstanding Brokerage of the Year, largely in part for the commitment they have to the communities they serve.
RE/MAX Terrasol and RE/MAX Tiffany Real Estate are proud supporters of Cypress Festival and have a yearly golf charity event called Realtors For Kids, which has generated more than $35,000 a year in donations for CHOC Hospital in Orange County.
RE/MAX Tiffany Real Estate, located at 5925 Ball Road in Cypress, was originally owned by Gary Riphagen and Gerry Bullerdick. The former owners of 30 years will remain with the company as agents.
RE/MAX Real Estate One, located at 12341 Newport Ave Unit A100 in Tustin, was previously owned by Mike Knight and Mark Donaldson. The former owners, also of 30 years, will remain on board as agents.
