RE/MAX Affiliates Honored as LGBTQ+ Real Estate Top Producers

RE/MAX agents continue to be recognized for their incredible work in real estate – this time on the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Top Producers list. The list, released by the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, is the only ranking of top-producing LGBTQ+ and ally real estate professionals.

Ten outstanding RE/MAX affiliates made the first-ever ranking, which includes categories for individual transaction sides, individual sales volume, team transaction sides and team sales volume.

Among the honorees are Amy Ruzick with RE/MAX Results in Minneapolis, who earned the No. 3 spot on the individual transaction sides ranking. Chris Schlenkerman’s Collaborative Home Sales Group with RE/MAX Crossroads in Rocky River, Ohio, placed in the top 10 on both team rankings, and Michael Patterson’s The MD Home Team with RE/MAX Ikon in Timonium, Maryland, earned a No. 6 spot on the team sides list.

The LGBTQ+ Real Estate Top Producers was open to all LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance members who generated at least 25 transaction sides or $10 million in sales volume in 2020 for individuals, or 40 transaction sides and $15 million in sales volume in 2020 for teams. The rankings are based on the agents’ standing within the RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals ranking, which included more than 3,100 RE/MAX affiliates. RE/MAX has been a sponsor of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, which was founded in October 2020, since June 2021.
