New VP in RE/MAX West Region Brings Track Record of Premier Support

A familiar face – and a trusted resource with a wealth of experience – now oversees franchise services in the RE/MAX West Region. Sam Hosea, recently introduced as Vice President, Region Development for the West Region, leads the team supporting RE/MAX affiliates across 15 U.S. states.

Hosea, a mainstay in Region Development since 2007, is passionate about helping affiliates build their businesses.

Q: Why RE/MAX?

A: I love being with RE/MAX for all sorts of reasons, but the main one is the quality of people, both at RE/MAX HQ in Denver and in the network. RE/MAX is filled with extraordinary pros who are driven to be the best at what they do. They help each other, they encourage each other, and they support each other. It’s a brand built on genuine relationships – and it makes us a winning team.

Q: What makes the RE/MAX West Region a standout?

A: Our culture in the West Region – among both RE/MAX HQ staff and RE/MAX affiliates – is amazing. The affiliates within the 15 states in our region are incredible, driven, and truly care for their communities. It’s an honor to be involved with their offices, to spend time with them, to brainstorm on virtual webinars, and to help wherever we can. Overall, the regional team strives to be involved as much as a Broker/Owner would like us to be.

Q: How is having a Region Development team an asset to Broker/Owners and agents?

A: Having dedicated region development staff is a game-changing aspect of RE/MAX. There are hundreds of employees at RE/MAX HQ working with affiliates on a daily basis to support their businesses. RE/MAX Broker/Owners and agents know they have a trusted contact, unique to their region, who is working on their behalf.
