Local real estate experts, Peggy Beecher and Bryan Verhei, are now Co-Owners of a new RE/MAX office, RE/MAX Horizon. Temporarily located at 723 The Parkway in Richland, Washington, the duo is building out a permanent location for RE/MAX Horizon at 1101 Wellsian Way suite 101b in Richland, which will be in a prime location for walk ins and floor calls. Offering a modern interior and office space for multiple agents, RE/MAX Horizon professionals will specialize in residential real estate, luxury properties and land sales, and will serve home buyers and sellers throughout the Tri-Cities.
“As a former RE/MAX associate, I’m very excited to be opening a new RE/MAX office,” said Beecher. “The RE/MAX brand not only aligns with my ethics and morals, but it offers a network of support and education like no other. I feel honored to be able to bring that to new agents and our clients.”
Verhei adds, “Our new office will be focused on professional-level education including real estate coaching and certification courses. RE/MAX is also hyper focused on education and with RE/MAX University at our fingertips I am confident we’ll create an environment of hard-working professionals to serve our communities.”
Verhei and Beecher have been in real estate since 2016 and 2017 respectively and agree their main goal of the new office is to provide excellent service to agents and clients alike. “We want to help people succeed,” said Beecher. “Whether that’s a home buyer or seller navigating the market or a new agent learning the ins and outs of the business. We want to see others do well and find what makes them happy.”
Verhei and Beecher are currently seeking real estate agents to join RE/MAX Horizon.
