Through any real estate market conditions, one thing remains constant: RE/MAX agents leverage their skills, experience, and competitive advantages to serve as many customers as they can. Their drive sustains the RE/MAX culture of productivity.
The 2024 RealTrends Verified Best Brokerages ranking (formerly known as the RealTrends 500) has, once again, confirmed this productivity. The list’s latest rendition revealed that RE/MAX agents at large U.S. brokerages, on average, outsell the competition 2-to-1, based on 2023 transaction sides*.
In the survey of more than 1,300 participating large brokerages, RE/MAX agents averaged 11.8 transaction sides, more than double the average (5.2) of other agents. Plus, when the brokerages are ranked by transaction sides per agent, 88 of the top 100 are RE/MAX firms.
In what’s become tradition, this marks the 16th straight year in which the RealTrends data confirms the RE/MAX lead in average per-agent productivity. And, since 2008, that average per-agent productivity has at least doubled the mark of all other agents in the survey’s participating brokerages.

The 2024 RealTrends Verified Best Brokerages ranking also noted that 24 RE/MAX offices qualified for The Billionaire’s Club in 2024, a list of U.S. real estate brokerage firms that closed at least $1 billion in sales volume in 2023.
