Iconic Adventurer Bear Grylls Announced as 2023 RE/MAX R4 Keynote Speaker

Bear Grylls conquered climbing Mt. Everest, but his pursuit of thrills didn’t stop there. The renowned adventurer, mountaineer, author and television host has done it all, from crossing the North Atlantic Ocean in an inflatable raft to setting the world record for the highest elevation open-air dinner party to paramotoring over the Himalayas.

Just announced, Grylls will be a keynote speaker during the Opening General Session at the 2023 RE/MAX R4. The annual event – whose speaker lineup is packed with industry titans, top coaches, RE/MAX leadership, influential public figures, and more – will take place February 27-March 1 at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Grylls is popularly known for hosting multiple rugged Discovery Channel and National Geographic hit series. His notable shows include “Man vs. Wild” and “Running Wild with Bear Grylls,” the second of which is now in its eighth season and has featured guest stars like President Obama, Roger Federer, Julia Roberts, and others. Grylls also hosts the two-time Emmy Award-winning Netflix series “You vs. Wild” – an interactive show where viewers decide what adventure Grylls goes on.

With extreme adventure comes risk and reward. Grylls will share the many lessons he’s learned from his endeavors – like adapting to change and developing resiliency – with R4 attendees in Tuesday’s session.

With the network excited to celebrate 50 years of RE/MAX, the 2023 R4 will pack in more opportunity for inspiration, connection, and business growth than ever before.

Attendees will also hear from Terry Watson, consumer behavior expert, during multiple Monday sessions, and Vernice “FlyGirl” Armour, America’s first Black female combat pilot, during the Tuesday Power Session.

Then, attendees will hear from Jon Dorenbos, two-time Pro Bowl NFL football player and world-class magician, during the Wednesday Super Session, and Mark Schulman, the drummer for multi-platinum recording artist P!nk, during Wednesday’s Closing General Session.

Throughout R4, renowned industry coaches including Wayne Fredrick, Jared James and Judy LaDeur will share their best strategies for business growth, lead conversion, and more. Attendees will also hear from Dave Liniger, RE/MAX Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board, Nick Bailey, RE/MAX CEO, and other members of RE/MAX leadership and the RE/MAX network.
