This year’s ads – which include numerous ads across TV, digital, radio, social media, outdoor and print – convey feelings of confidence and comfort as people achieve their real estate goals with the help of a trustworthy RE/MAX professional. Buying or selling a home is a pivotal moment that generally marks a new chapter in a person’s life.
With consumers making life-changing decisions – both financial and emotional – the campaign’s tagline holds true: “The Right Agent Can Lead the Way.”
“The new campaign is based on extensive consumer research, and we think it truly speaks to everyone,” says Abby Lee, RE/MAX Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications. “Real estate consumers are embarking on a monumental journey. We want them to feel seen on screen – and feel confident they have the most helpful resource at their side from the get-go: a RE/MAX real estate agent.”
For the eighth year in a row, the campaign was developed in collaboration with award-winning creative agency Camp + King.
“Just as the role of home continues to evolve, we wanted to showcase how RE/MAX as a brand has also continued to evolve as it begins celebrating its 50th year,” said Jamie King, CEO & Chief Strategy Officer at Camp + King. “These spots will further drive brand recognition of a household name in real estate and the spots creatively bring the value of a RE/MAX agent to life for those who are considering the meaningful step of purchasing or selling a home.”
Underscored by optimism, the storylines portray the joys of homeownership across generations, including the profound impact moving has on young families. Spots also intertwine the benefits of assistance from technology – in the form of a virtual home tour, for example – demonstrating how the right agent is tech-empowered.
“Technology is an incredibly valuable tool for real estate professionals, but at the end of the day, the involvement of a skilled, human agent – someone who listens, understands and delivers – is just as important to people,” Lee says.
The spots also capture the very real scenes and circumstances of life.

“With people spending more time at home than they used to, consumers have shifted their mindset surrounding their living space.
