Judging by the buzz at the 2022 RE/MAX Broker Owner Conference (BOC), the newly unveiled “MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE” initiative is off to an exceptionally strong start.

“It all sounds fantastic,” said Alan Smith of RE/MAX Professionals in the Denver area. “We’re very excited about it.”

Audra Soto of RE/MAX Signature in Phoenix had the same thought. “The best gift to a real estate broker or agent is automation, so I’m excited for kvCORE and all its features,” Soto said.

With more than 1,100 in attendance, the BOC was the place to be for RE/MAX franchisees to learn more about what’s ahead for affiliates in company-owned regions – and what it means for their agents’ businesses.

The platform was a key focus of the three-day event in Nashville, with sessions including “The Future of RE/MAX Tech, Powered by kvCORE” and “The Road Ahead: Win More Seller Leads with RE/MAX Tech, Powered by kvCORE.” Meeting rooms were filled with intrigued Broker/Owners, many getting their first glimpse of the fully developed but constantly updated platform that will roll out in U.S. company-owned regions in 2023. (It will launch in Canadian company-owned regions first, starting in September.)

Scott O’Connor of RE/MAX Advantage in Colorado Springs, Colorado, said, “We signed up to be early adopters if possible. We’re really looking forward to bringing this technology to the brokerage. Things like the AI capabilities and amazing tools for developing CMAs make it an easy tool for agents to use. I am super excited to have it – and just wish it was coming sooner.”

Christy Walker of RE/MAX Signature in Phoenix said the new technology should be a great tool for growing and strengthening her brokerage.

“For me, it builds momentum. It allows me to talk to agents in my marketplace about something exciting and it gives me an opportunity to recruit,” she said.  “It’s also really going to help with retention, because I’m going to have a technology platform that’s very adoptable for my agents and will help them actually build their businesses.”

In five words, Natalie Poteete, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Reinvented in Evans, Georgia, reflected the consensus sentiment heard throughout the conference.

“I’m really excited about kvCORE,” Poteete said.
