Although the fictional Jesse Pinkman – the meth-cooking sidekick in TV’s “Breaking Bad” – spent most of his life in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the very real actor who played him – the Emmy-award-winning Aaron Paul – is from Idaho and owns a home in Boise.

Paul, who was also a main player in the Netflix animated series “Bojack Horseman,” has listed his sprawling Boise estate for $1.3 million USD. He broke the news on Twitter, sharing that this was the first home he ever purchased in the state’s capital city.

With architecture inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, the over 2,000 square-foot home boasts a minimalist design with plentiful natural wood, stone flooring, and a total of 54 French windows for optimal lighting. At the heart of the residence lies a spa-like indoor geothermal/mineral swimming pool.

The home’s exterior features a patio perfect for relaxing or entertaining – and a spacious grassy yard surrounded by evergreen trees.

Piers Lamb, an agent with RE/MAX Capital City in Boise, holds the listing for the property.

“This home is not only an absolutely stunning and historically significant mid-century masterpiece, it’s truly a work of art,” says Lamb.

Paul grew up in a small city northwest of Boise before making his acting debut and landing the role of a lifetime in “Breaking Bad.”
