Just four months after REMAX Golf Lifestyles officially launched, the program has already reached a key milestone: REMAX Key Properties opened the first real estate office inside a golf community.
On August 10, REMAX® leaders and guests gathered at Juniper Preserve Golf & Wellness Resort near Bend, Oregon, to celebrate a new REMAX Golf Lifestyles office as part of REMAX Key Properties. Operated by REMAX Key Properties, the office gives prospective buyers and sellers direct, on-site access to real estate professionals with specialized knowledge of golf communities.

“When Golf Life Navigators joined REMAX earlier this year, we knew there was a huge opportunity to help more consumers navigate the growing golf lifestyle market with the specialized guidance it deserves,” said Jason Becker, REMAX Vice President of Lifestyles, Co-Founder of Golf Life Navigators and PGA of America Golf Professional. “The opening of the first office at Juniper Preserve just months later brings that vision to life. This is only the beginning of what we can build for golf-focused buyers, sellers, agents and communities.”
Juniper Preserve offers a fitting location for the program’s first office, as it reflects the broader purpose of REMAX Golf Lifestyles: helping consumers find a community that supports how they want to live.
Set within a 1,000-year-old juniper forest in Central Oregon, the resort community combines luxury real estate with golf, wellness and outdoor recreation. In addition to its amenities and two nationally recognized courses, the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and private Tom Fazio Championship Course, Juniper Preserve offers access to the outdoor lifestyle associated with Central Oregon, including hiking, biking, skiing and activities along the Deschutes River.

The opening represents the next stage of growth for REMAX Golf Lifestyles, which provides agents with education on golf course operations, membership structures and the many factors that distinguish one golf community from another. The Juniper Preserve office is expected to be the first of several REMAX Golf Lifestyles locations independently owned and operated by REMAX franchisees. So far, more than 200 REMAX agents have completed the REMAX Golf Lifestyles certification.
“This program is bigger than one office,” said Tim Buccola, Owner of REMAX Key Properties. “It gives agents across our brokerage an opportunity to develop expertise in a growing real estate niche, connect with a new group of clients and provide guidance that goes well beyond the home itself.”
