A number of RE/MAX leaders across the U.S. and Canada earned recognition on the 2025 Swanepoel Power 200 ranking of influential figures throughout the real estate industry. The annual list is compiled by real estate consulting and research firm T3 Sixty.

Erik Carlson, CEO of RE/MAX Holdings – the parent company of RE/MAX, Motto Mortgage and wemlo – broke into the top 25 for the first time since joining the company just over a year ago.

“Congratulations to all the incredible honorees who are shaping the future of real estate. I’m grateful to have earned a spot alongside them,” says Carlson, who joined RE/MAX Holdings as an industry newcomer. “I look forward to having a long, positive impact on the industry and the amazing professionals who drive it.”

In addition to the RE/MAX leaders in the Swanepoel Power 200, two other RE/MAX affiliates appeared on the “Watchlist” of rising stars.
