When Susan Falck-Neal looks around her real estate office, she knows she’s in the presence of good people – people who work hard and care about their community. As the owner of the brokerage, she’s always looking for ways to help these passionate professionals continue to achieve greatness.

That’s why she’s moved her business to RE/MAX.

Falck-Neal has turned ERA Integrity Real Estate into RE/MAX First Integrity in a strategic effort to position her agents for larger-scale opportunities with widespread brand recognition. The nearly 20-person enterprise will continue to provide premier service to clients in and around New Castle, Indiana.

“Joining RE/MAX is more than just a rebranding – it’s a step toward long-term growth and sustainability in providing outstanding real estate services to our community,” Falck-Neal says.

Elevating opportunities for agents

Falck-Neal’s real estate career began 30 years ago as an agent with ERA Realty in the New Castle area, located an hour east of Indianapolis. When her original broker was planning his exit strategy, he brought her on board to help lead the enterprise. From there, she went on to co-lead the brokerage, and ultimately took the helm solo.

Since then, Falck-Neal has spent 15 years growing renowned local operations and bringing top talent on board. The values of her business are reflected it its name – integrity is at the core of her brokerage’s carefully curated culture.

“We operate like one team and support each other in every way. We all share common values like honesty and integrity – and everybody in the office is very community-oriented. Giving back is very important to us,” she says.

From charitable events to compassionate initiatives, the agents of RE/MAX First Integrity find many ways to enhance the community.

They’re perpetually upgrading their real estate services, too. Falck-Neal knows industry education plays a key role in this. With RE/MAX, her agents can tap into RE/MAX University, the brand’s exclusive digital education hub. Through the platform, users can take a wide range of courses – many at special discounts – and complete them at their own pace, coming away with certifications and designations that expand their areas of expertise.

For the agents of RE/MAX First Integrity, learning bolsters many avenues of the business. The dynamic group specializes in both residential and commercial transactions, helping clients with everything from existing homes to new construction to investment properties to farms to plots of land and more.

“We’ve always been big on education and the agents are focused on staying up to date and learning new skills. They go above and beyond to expand their knowledge, which helps ensure the best customer experience for their clients,” Falck-Neal says.

She is looking forward to helping her agents continue to thrive in a competitive marketplace.

“This was a decision I didn’t take lightly,” Falck-Neal continues. “I’m very proud of the company and culture I have established. Ultimately, my responsibility is to my agents, clients and community. By joining RE/MAX, I am confident we are positioned to grow our production, take advantage of a world-class network, and enhance the services we offer.”
