The RE/MAX network continues to grow around the world.

In Vaughan, Ontario – just north of Toronto – RE/MAX Premier Inc. recently acquired Royal LePage Real Estate Professionals, a business previously aligned with Canadian real estate franchisor Royal LePage. The move brings more than 95 skilled agents to RE/MAX.

“Given the current market conditions and the comprehensive offerings of the RE/MAX brand and the brokerage, the decision to join forces and bring this team of professionals to RE/MAX was a natural next evolution for our respective businesses,” says Gabriel Bianchi, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Premier Inc.

“The merging of these two companies marks a new era of growth and opportunity for both brokerages, our collective agents and, most importantly, the clients we serve.”

Sustainable business growth is an ongoing priority for Bianchi. Under his leadership, RE/MAX Premier Inc. has grown to over 275 agents across three offices. These agents leverage the power of RE/MAX – which has a presence in more than 110 countries and territories – as well as the many brand resources designed for the specific needs of affiliates.

This is especially important for those building business in today’s real estate market environment.

“Real estate markets across Canada have faced challenging conditions over the past couple of years and we are seeing more consumers turning to brands that offer the most value in tools, services, trust and experience,” says Christopher Alexander, President of RE/MAX Canada. “The value of RE/MAX in the market, for both consumers and agents alike, has never been stronger.”

[RE/MAX] will empower our agents to elevate their services and continue to exceed expectations.

Peter Campoli, former Broker of Record for Royal LePage Real Estate Professionals

Peter Campoli, the former Broker of Record for Royal LePage Real Estate Professionals, agrees. With 20 years of real estate leadership experience, Campoli is embracing all things RE/MAX and is officially a member of the RE/MAX Premier Inc. ownership and management team.

“This transition to RE/MAX aligns perfectly with our commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients,” he says. “The global presence of RE/MAX, comprehensive technology offerings, extensive brand presence in the Canadian market, and collaborative culture will empower our agents to elevate their services and continue to exceed expectations.”
