The 2025 “RealTrends Verified” rankings of top real estate industry pros are officially here, and results show just how productive the REMAX network continues to be.

More than 6,300 REMAX affiliates earned spots in the prominent RealTrends survey, which ranks top U.S.-based participating agents and teams. Over 45,000 professionals were featured in the survey – and one out of every seven of those entrepreneurs is a REMAX affiliate.

Solidifying their status as a top producer, those who qualified for the RealTrends Verified agent and team rankings in 2025 met production thresholds for either transaction sides or sales volume that far exceed national production norms. Individual real estate agents qualified by closing at least $10 million in sales volume or 25 residential transaction sides in 2024, and teams qualified by closing at least $16 million in sales volume or 40 residential transaction sides in 2024.

To break down the rankings further, over 4,000 individual REMAX agents qualified in this year’s list. And of those solo entrepreneurs, more than 3,300 qualified via transaction sides – averaging nearly 40 home sales each in 2024.

The best of the best in the 2025 RealTrends Verified rankings were also named to the RealTrends + Tom Ferry “The Thousand” list, a recognition of the top 1,000 agents and teams with the most transaction sides and highest sales volume.
