2024 marks a 10-year streak of RE/MAX being the most highly represented brand on the annual list of top producers compiled by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
The coveted NAHREP Top 250 Report ranks participating high-achieving Latino real estate agents and teams across the U.S. in buyer transaction sides, sales volume, and rookie categories.
Continuing to rise above the competition, RE/MAX Mi Casa in Illinois, led by Broker/Owner Joe Castillo, is the office with the most agents represented on the renowned ranking from NAHREP for the 12th year in a row. His office holds more rankings than all other brokerages listed, across brands.
Other standout RE/MAX affiliates from this year’s showing include Berto Barerra of RE/MAX Results in Indiana and Roberto Martinez of RE/MAX Ultimate Professionals in Illinois, who each earned a top 15 spot in different categories.
In addition to paving the way in business, professionals named to this list are agents of change across their communities, too, helping increase housing opportunity for all. The NAHREP 2023 State of Hispanic Homeownership Report revealed that the rate of Latino homeownership, which has risen steadily over the past decade, now stands at 49.5%. Also, the number of Hispanic owner-households in the country has grown to nearly 10 million.
Honorees in this year’s NAHREP Top 250 list will be celebrated at the NAHREP at L’ATTITUDE event in San Diego, California, from September 12-15, 2024.
