If voices moved, Haley Larson’s would bounce.
As the Broker/Owner of REMAX The Collective in Yakima, Washington, Larson brings an energy that springs life into words, turns ideas into action and draws recruits to the table.
Without so much as a sales pitch, Larson recently welcomed a top real estate team in the Yakima Valley to her REMAX company. The Liberty Group, led by Liberty McLean and made up of four high-quality agents with more than $30 million in year-to-date sales, left a competing Keller Williams brokerage for Larson’s REMAX The Collective.
“Haley’s engaged,” shared McLean. “She offers support and momentum. She’s approachable and provides a full-service agency compared to where I came from. I knew there was something good here.”

Larson says she focuses on community and culture because the REMAX brand sells itself.
She’s impressed with the new REMAX leadership team and how energized they are about technology solutions.
“The new leaders at REMAX World Headquarters have leaned into helping us as local owners and managers improve our ability to adopt the new tech and increase usage of it,” Larson says. “I’ve been able to convey that to new teams. Everyone has a tech stack but if you don’t use it, what good is it?”
It’s one reason McLean was intrigued.
“Haley has her finger on the pulse of what really matters,” McLean says. “There’s a lot of innovation happening with the REMAX brand – it’s tech-forward and Haley is pushing that along.”
Between the new REMAX leadership driving the technology, the global brand providing opportunities for referrals, and worldwide events like R4 offering networking and education, Larson says drawing attention to the brand hasn’t been hard.
“I will always and forever be a huge proponent of REMAX events,” she says. “They’re very well done. They bring value. They build connections outside the Pacific Northwest and create amazing referral opportunities that other brands can’t match.”
For McLean, those elements helped seal the deal.
“I’m looking forward to the live events and the networking opportunities,” she says. “I appreciate referral business and am excited to lean into all the social media groups and the platforms to help us network with people all over the world, all the time.”
Although welcoming the Liberty Group came easily for Larson, she has lofty expectations for herself and works hard to achieve them. She believes growth comes naturally if you find your personal value proposition, connect it to the brand and align with the right people
“We opened two and a half years ago in Yakima, and we’re growing in the right ways,” Larson says. “My vision is for our REMAX The Collective to be known for high-volume, high-quality agents. I want the top producers. I want people who lead with a servant heart, do things others aren’t doing and go the extra mile.”
