Top producing real estate agent and brokerage owner, Haley Larson, has moved her successful, unaffiliated real estate office to the RE/MAX brand. The office formerly known as The Real Estate Collective will now operate as RE/MAX The Collective and continue to serve buyers and sellers throughout Washington’s Yakima Valley with an enhanced suite of tools and marketing services.

The office, located at 1200 Chesterly Drive, Suite 150 in Yakima, has 17 real estate professionals achieving $55 million in sales volume in 2022. Larson said she’s excited to grow the RE/MAX brand in Yakima Valley and aligning with RE/MAX will provide additional structure and national brand presence behind their already positive reputation.

“The education, the systems and the years of tried and true behind the RE/MAX brand is nothing short of excellent,” Larson said. “I love the RE/MAX values and the company’s emphasis on technology, while not replacing the agent.”

Larson started as an agent at a large franchise in 2014 and quickly became a top producer in the area. Her passion for real estate led her to developing a team and opening her boutique office in 2022. Larson said joining RE/MAX was the next logical step. “I know this decision will fast track the growth of the office and fill a national voice here in Yakima.”

Larson is currently seeking real estate agents to join RE/MAX The Collective’s current team of 17, which serve home buyers and sellers throughout Yakima, Ellensburg and Cle Elum, and specialize in rural and residential properties as well as large agricultural farms.

The Yakima community is invited to the RE/MAX The Collective open house on Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2023, at Chesterly Park, next to their new office. The open house will host the RE/MAX hot air balloon, live music, local vendors and food trucks. The event starts at 5:00 p.m.
