REMAX Canada, the No. 1 name in real estate1, today announced the sale and opening of REMAX Commercial Excel, a dedicated commercial brokerage created through the expansion of Edmonton-based franchise REMAX Excellence. Co-Broker/Owners Don Patterson and Sam Narayan, team leaders of the No. 1 REMAX commercial team in the world for the past three years, are expanding their footprint with this new commercial brokerage – marking a significant milestone for REMAX Commercial in one of Canada’s fastest-growing economic regions.

REMAX Commercial Excel will operate alongside REMAX Excellence, which currently includes 245 agents, of which 20 are commercial specialists and will transition to REMAX Commercial Excel. The new division will be co-owned by Patterson and Narayan, with Patterson continuing to serve as broker for REMAX Excellence and Narayan leading REMAX Commercial Excel.
