The 2021 Ultimate RE/MAX Teams Event Featured Top Insights, Unbeatable Connections

Throughout two action-packed days, RE/MAX affiliates of all backgrounds learned, grew and made connections at The Ultimate RE/MAX Teams Event, held Dec. 6-7. For some affiliates in attendance, the biggest value was in learning from the industry’s top coaches, for others it was in swapping ideas with fellow real estate professionals.

Jason Moore, a Diamond Club Team Leader with RE/MAX Legends in Georgia, says he came to the event ready to learn – and bring it back to his business.

“Even as the No. 1 team at my office, it’s important to stay current on what is happening in the real estate industry to keep my team cutting-edge,” Moore says. “I always look forward to this event for the opportunity to brainstorm and learn from other top-producing team leaders.”

It’s a sentiment echoed by Bryson Creighton, Vice President of RE/MAX University & Education, who calls the event a “massive mastermind.”

“These two days were about growth. It’s unique in that anybody who has input or thoughts around teams is given the platform to collaborate during the event,” Creighton says. “Whether it’s an individual agent, a small team or a mega team attending, there’s value to be had in these conversations. The No. 1 thing attendees get out of it is connection.”

The Ultimate RE/MAX Teams Event, which was open to anyone involved with or interested in real estate teams, featured on-stage appearances from Brian Buffini, Wayne Fredrick and Verl Workman as well as RE/MAX President Nick Bailey. Attendees were able to learn everything from the essentials of building and scaling a real estate team to developing compensation plans. It was all designed to help team members and team leaders find success as they build their businesses.
