1.     See your relationship as a partnership. “I see too many brokers fall into the trap of not seeing their real estate agents as partners,” he says.

2.     Don’t be just a facilitator. “You can’t be a person that buys a franchise, hires agents and walks away. You have to be in the trenches with them so you can effectively lead them to success.”

3.     Encourage (reasonable) risk. “Don’t let your agents pass up things like marketing opportunities, investing in SEO and creating video content. That’s the content consumers are looking for, and when agents take steps to improve their skills, they’re taking steps to strengthen the relationship with their audiences.”
