REMAX Premier Welcomes Sharon Rizzo and The Rizzo Group to New Lake Forest Office

REMAX Premier, the North Shore’s luxury real estate specialists, announced today that Sharon Rizzo, one of Chicago’s most accomplished and widely respected real estate professionals, has joined the firm’s new Lake Forest office, along with her team, The Rizzo Group. With more than four decades of experience in luxury, development, and investment real estate, Rizzo’s move marks a significant addition to REMAX Premier’s growing North Shore footprint.

Over the course of her career, Rizzo has been recognized as a Chicago Association of REALTORS® Golden Eagle Award recipient, after closing more than $114 million in residential sales in a single year as a sole agent. She has consistently been regarded as a trusted advisor in high-value residential, development, and investment transactions, working closely with many of Chicago’s leading condominium developers.

As a sales manager for condominium conversions in the Gold Coast, Rizzo oversaw six major high-rise residential projects, including the iconic Lake Point Tower. Her expertise spans multiple market cycles, and she is widely known for her ability to navigate shifting economic conditions while delivering strategic guidance and results for her clients.

Earlier in her career, Rizzo worked as a medical reporter and on-air broadcaster for NBC News and later served as a national spokesperson for two divisions of the Big Three automakers. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Indiana University. In addition to her brokerage work, Rizzo and her daughter, Realtor Kimberly Rizzo, co-developed the nationally presented seminar Building Wealth Through Real Estate, which highlights real estate’s enduring value as a long-term investment strategy.
