The LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance has released its annual list of Top Producers, which recognizes LGBTQ+ and ally real estate professionals for their production. And this year, 32 REMAX agents and teams have earned 53 spots across the list.
REMAX affiliates were recognized across the four categories for their 2024 production: Individual Transaction Sides, Individual Sales Volume, Team Transaction Sides and Team Sales Volume.
REMAX earned 10 spots among the Top 25 producers. Notably, Susan Kliesen, an agent with REMAX Center in Duluth, GA, earned the No. 9 spot on the Individual Sides list and the No. 10 spot on the Individual Volume list. The Time to Close Team with REMAX Alliance in Denver, CO earned the No. 9 spot on the Team Volume list and the No. 10 spot on the Team Side list.
This year’s ranking, which is created with RealTrends, honors over 200 total individual member agents and teams across the country.
“Recognizing our top producers is about more than celebrating their professional success; it’s about highlighting the LGBTQ+ and ally leaders who embody our mission of providing equal access to an underserved and underrepresented population,” said Mary Mancera, CEO of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.
She continues, “Each of these members is not only providing for themselves and their families, but they serve as trailblazers when it comes to breaking down barriers in real estate, creating opportunities, and ensuring that LGBTQ+ people and allies can pursue the American dream with dignity and confidence.”
Since 2021, REMAX has been a sponsor of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, which advocates for fair housing practices across the real estate industry.
