As R4 attendees have seen on full display throughout the event – and heard about onstage from RE/MAX leadership – technology is a priority for RE/MAX.

From digital learning with RE/MAX University to marketing with RE/MAX Hustle to conducting international business with the new Global Referrals Platform, RE/MAX affiliates have the best of the best when they take their business online. This is especially true with MAX/TechSM powered by kvCORE, the brand’s all-new technology ecosystem for business management.

MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE, launched in collaboration with Inside Real Estate, creates a seamless experience for real estate professionals eager to build their business. It includes lead management, digital marketing, AI capabilities and more.

Rollout for RE/MAX affiliates began at the end of 2022 in Canada and has been accelerated to regions in the U.S. in 2023 – all at no additional cost to brokerages and agents.

“MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE is here – it’s exciting,” RE/MAX President and CEO Nick Bailey said during Tuesday’s Opening General Session. “It’s all RE/MAX branded for you – the entire platform.”

Bailey noted a few key features of the tech tool, including an AI-powered smart CRM, powerful listing presentation tools, presentation materials for local markets, team-specific functioning, and more. Some affiliates are already aligning their business with the new tool – and others are eager to begin.

What’s the buzz?

“I’m excited about MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE,” said Colleen Collier, an R4 attendee with RE/MAX Plus in Buffalo, New York. “I think it’s going to be a game-changer in terms of lead generation and the ability to do more things for your business. It’s built on a program that’s been used before, and I know it’s going to work.”

Another agent points to the platform’s ability to make touch points with customers more frequent, personal, and efficient.

“I think there’s a lot of really key features that automate communications, and I think they do it in a more personal way than some of the other old drip campaigns used to do,” shares Cynthia Radke, an agent with RE/MAX Fine Properties in Flagstaff, Arizona. “I think there’s a potential to expand that platform to do more customized, targeted marketing, which I’m finding is more important to people than painting with a broad brush.”

During R4, attendees have joined sessions specific to optimizing the platform, including “5 Prospecting Strategies to Fill Your Pipeline With the Help of MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE,” “Level Up Your Communication Plan with MAX/Tech Powered by kvCORE,” and “Creating a Digital Playbook to Boost Your Marketing with MAX/Tech Powered by kvCORE,” to name just a few.

Agents are learning all they can about the new tech system – and Broker/Owners are getting excited, too.

“We came to R4 to learn about MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE. I have some new agents in my office who are dying to have it, but we also have those at the opposite end of the spectrum,” said William Heath, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Vision in North East, Maryland. “We’ve got some agents who have been in the business for years and don’t have a CRM because they do great business without one. When they’re starting with MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE, we want to be able to tell our agents, ‘Don’t worry’ – and I want to be able to show them how to use it.”

Other Broker/Owners agree: As agents adopt tech practices and upgrade current systems, it’s reassuring to be leveraging a platform designed to help agents, and offices, grow.

“MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE will revolutionize our brokerage,” said Steven Kirkpatrick, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Great Place in Belton, Texas. “I have a new brokerage, so this is a prime opportunity for my business to grow. This platform will help me to do that and propel us forward.”
