The right real estate agent can do many things for their homebuying and selling clients. Most importantly? They can lead the way, according to RE/MAX.

The brand’s new ad campaign shows how much it can mean to work with an agent who puts in the work. From upgrading a home that’s full of family but low on space to searching not just for any house but for “the one,” the campaign highlights the emotions of the journey and the importance of home.

The 2022 RE/MAX national advertising campaign – which includes three broadcast spots and eight digital spots – is equal parts authentic and heartfelt. With the tagline “The Right Agent Can Lead the Way,” the campaign invites audiences to watch as a family purchases their dream home and a RE/MAX agent never stops hustling.

“We want viewers to feel what it’s like when they find the home that’s right for them,” says Abby Lee, RE/MAX Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications. “[The new advertising campaign] showcases the significance of home and celebrates the RE/MAX agents who help people achieve their real estate goals every day.”

The stories, told from the perspective of homebuyers, sellers and agents, were developed in collaboration with Camp + King. It’s the seventh straight year RE/MAX has worked with the award-winning agency.

“This year’s campaign reflects the real challenges we’ve all faced over the past two years, with much of our time spent at home,” says Emily Dillow, Director of Brand Management and Partner at Camp + King. “We hope everyone who sees the ads – including consumers and RE/MAX agents – will see some of their own story reflected on screen.”

Opting for real-life scenery over a stylized, art-directed world, director Cole Webley – a Cannes Lions award winner – and cinematographer Paul Meyers – who’s filmed more than 100 commercials – sought to capture the deep relationship people have with their home.

Their work shows the enormity of navigating the home journey and the value a RE/MAX agent can bring to the experience, invoking an almost magical feeling.

“RE/MAX agents understand the importance of home and what it means for people everywhere, now more so than ever,” Lee says. “Webley and Meyers expertly captured the emotions we all go through when buying, selling or owning a home.”

As in years past, RE/MAX affiliates are able to customize the commercials for their own use on remaxhustle.com. By adding their unique information, including contact information and photo, RE/MAX agents are able to speak directly to their consumer base.

Spots from the RE/MAX campaign can be seen in the U.S. on HGTV, Discovery, YouTube, Hulu, Facebook and Instagram.

Since the founding of RE/MAX in 1973, billions of dollars have been spent promoting the brand and agents. Real estate agents who join the brand receive the benefit of those advertising dollars that have helped make RE/MAX the real estate leader it is today.
