Carolyn Bassett, a local real estate agent, is the new Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Host of Homes, which is expected to open by March 31 in Lincoln, Rhode Island. This second-generation office was previously run by Carolyn’s father, Nick Albanesa. There was no doubt in Bassett’s mind that this family-oriented, goal-crushing brokerage should be part of the RE/MAX network.

Located at 12 Breakneck Hill Road, RE/MAX Host of Homes will feature several residential real estate professionals with more than 40 years of combined experience.

“There’s been an increasing demand for residential real estate here in Rhode Island, especially Lincoln,” said Bassett. “Now is a great time to be in the business, and RE/MAX Host of Homes is looking forward to using their expertise and passion for real estate to help community members find their perfect place to live.”

RE/MAX Host of Homes is located off Route 146 in Lincoln. The brokerage has an in-office lender available, private conference room and lots of space for training and office time. It currently has six agents and is looking to grow.

RE/MAX Host of Homes will serve families within Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut, specializing in residential real estate.
