Alex Vidal
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Alex Vidal drives the REMAX brand forward with his vision and direction, supporting the teams overseeing franchise support services, expansion, global and commercial real estate, and REMAX Canada. He directs all aspects of the REMAX brand to drive worldwide growth, elevate network support services and help shape the long-term vision for the brand.
CAREER:
Alex joined Real REMAX Group in 2026 as President of REMAX. With nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Alex began his career as the secretary to the president and recruiter for a brokerage in South Florida. Before joining Real REMAX Group, he served as the first Hispanic president of a major national real estate brand in his role as brand president for ERA Real Estate, following three years as a regional vice president for Coldwell Banker. Throughout his career he has served as a coach, real estate agent and franchising leader, always focused on the development of brokerages and agents. He has coached more than 30,000 real estate professionals.
Roots:
Alex is the father to four boys and is a triathlete, having completed an Ironman, four Half Ironmans and two Escape from Alcatraz Triathlons. He is regularly recognized as an Inman Power Player.
