A natural next chapter built on shared values
REMAX Suburban, with 10 offices and 183 agents, joins REMAX All Pro’s two offices and 59 agents, forming a 12-office network across suburban Chicago. The combined firm serves communities including Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, Mount Prospect, Buffalo Grove, Crystal Lake, Algonquin, Lake Zurich, Libertyville. St. Charles and Bloomingdale.
According to Hatzis, the decision to bring the firms together was rooted in alignment that had already taken shape over time.
“The two companies have exceptionally strong agents, similar cultures of excellence and a shared commitment to serving their communities. Bringing the organizations together felt like the natural next chapter for both companies,” he said.
Leadership focused on steady growth
Hatzis will serve as president of the combined organization, providing strategic direction across all offices. His background in commercial banking, including experience in real estate finance, contract negotiations and valuation analysis, continues to inform a disciplined approach to growth and operations.
A longtime Des Plaines resident, Hatzis combines industry experience with firsthand knowledge of the communities served throughout Northern Illinois.
Expanded resources for agents
A key driver behind the alignment is the ability to share strengths across both organizations.
“Each brokerage offers resources to its agents that the other now benefits from,” Hatzis said. “REMAX Suburban’s established technology, marketing and agent support systems are now available to All Pro agents, while REMAX All Pro’s print marketing production and operational strengths are now available across the entire organization.”By combining infrastructure and expertise, the brokerage aims to give agents broader access to tools and services that support productivity and client engagement.
The larger footprint also opens the door for more collaboration across offices, allowing agents to tap into shared knowledge and relationships while continuing to serve their local communities.
Hatzis said his overall vision is focused on continuity and thoughtful growth.
“Success means retaining the great people who helped build both companies, continuing to attract talented professionals and ensuring our agents have the resources they need to thrive,” he said. “Most importantly, it means continuing to deliver exceptional service to the communities we serve every day.”
