RE/MAX Properties and RE/MAX Advantage Announce Merger, Strengthen Support Throughout Southern Colorado

Colorado Springs, CO, January 28, 2025 – Two of Colorado’s most prominent real estate offices, RE/MAX Properties and RE/MAX Advantage, have merged to create one of the most experienced and productive real estate brokerages in the state.

Tony and Brooke Clement and Scott and Traci O’Connor, who own and operate RE/MAX Properties and RE/MAX Advantage respectively, made the decision to join forces and fully take advantage of the power of the RE/MAX brand and excellence of their agents. As a combined force, the company now has approximately 240 associates serving home buyers and sellers throughout Southern Colorado.

• Tony Clement has been in real estate since January 2000. After graduating from Colorado State University, Tony joined his father, Joe Clement, as a sales associate on The Clement Team. He became Broker Manager of RE/MAX Properties in 2008 and Co-Broker Owner in 2015. Tony has been instrumental in building and running the brokerage alongside his father until Joe’s passing in June 2024.
• Brooke Clement joined RE/MAX Properties in 2004 and has held various roles, including marketing manager and Director of Operations. As a co-Owner of the now merged RE/MAX Properties and RE/MAX Advantage Realty, she will continue to support the operations and management team and staff.
• Scott and Traci O’Connor have been involved in real estate for over two decades. They became the owners of RE/MAX Advantage Realty in January 2022. Traci, licensed since 2001, joined RE/MAX Advantage in 2003 after a 15-year career as a high-level gymnastics coach and manager. She excels in team building and creating a supportive community. Scott joined RE/MAX Advantage in 2017 after 20 years as an Air Force officer and Civil Servant. Scott became Sales Manager in 2019 prior to becoming the Employing Broker after taking ownership in 2022. He directs business operations and serves as the Employing Broker, with extensive experience in property management, real estate investment, strategic planning, and business operations.
